What you will do

  • Lead our consulting and digital transformation delivery engagements from initiation to delivery

  • Manage cross-functional and multinational project teams, including joint venture partnerships

  • Manage stakeholder communication across governments, public institutions, partners, and clients

  • Ensure project execution aligns with timelines, budgets, quality standards, and strategic objectives

  • Support proposal development, public procurement processes, and donor-funded tenders potentially

  • Drive collaboration between advisory, business, and technical teams

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience managing policy or digital solution delivery projects for impactful outcome - in or with public sector institutions

  • Experience working in multi-partner and/or expert-team project environments

  • Strong understanding of modern project management methodologies and tools

  • Understanding of digital transformation and organizational change challenges and ways

  • Experience contributing to public procurement, tenders, or donor-funded proposals is an advantage

  • Effectively use AI-assisted tools for project planning, reporting, documentation, and coordination

  • Identify risks proactively and manage complex delivery environments

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in multicultural environments

  • High sense of ownership, adaptability, and solution-oriented mindset - you need to have a strong proactive streak and ability to get things done

Qualifications

  • Excellent English skills (minimum C1 level) are required

  • Working fluency in additional languages such as French, Spanish or Portuguese will be an amazing advantage

  • Successful track record in technology or software project delivery in/with public sector is essential

  • Relevant project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, etc.) are a plus

  • Skilled in using modern digital collaboration and AI-assisted productivity tools
