In collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Digital Nation led the co-creation of a pragmatic, implementation-focused strategy designed to strengthen resilience, accelerate adoption, and lay the foundations for a sustainable AI ecosystem.
Start with Governance – Rethinking Digital Leadership in Romania
A digital society is shaped by more than government alone. Recognising both the urgency and opportunity to strengthen Romania’s digital future, Edge Institute partnered with Digital Nation to help rethink how digital leadership is organised. Together, we developed a Digital Governance Framework – a practical blueprint designed to strengthen coordination, clarify responsibilities, and support the country’s digital transformation ambitions.
Demystifying Data Governance – A Practical Learning Journey for Public Sector in Sub-Saharan Africa
Data is at the heart of effective governance, innovation, and AI adoption, yet its role in transformation is often misunderstood. To help bridge this gap, Digital Nation partnered with ESTDEV and GIZ to develop a practical capacity-building programme under the Data Governance in Africa initiative. Through a series of online courses, the programme strengthened data governance literacy across Sub-Saharan Africa, equipping public sector practitioners with the knowledge and tools needed to use data more effectively
Fostering Digital Leadership and Synergy in Azerbaijan
Azerbaijan’s digital transformation journey has delivered significant progress, creating a strong foundation for the next stage of development. To help address emerging challenges around coordination, leadership, and user-centric service design, the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA) partnered with Digital Nation to deliver a Digital Leadership Masterclass. The programme was designed to strengthen digital leadership capabilities and foster collaboration across government, enabling leaders to drive transformative change more effectively.
Bangladesh & X-road
Effective digital government depends on the ability to securely exchange data across institutions. To support this need in Bangladesh, Digital Nation partnered with the government and the a2i digital delivery team to implement a proof of concept for a national data exchange platform based on X-Road. Through targeted technical expertise and close collaboration, the project helped establish the foundations of a functioning data exchange ecosystem while building local capacity to sustain and scale it in the long-term.
Zero Paper Côte d'Ivoire by 2030
How do you transform an entire country into a paperless government in less than a decade? This was the challenge we set out to tackle with Côte d'Ivoire when developing the country's digital strategy in 2022. Digital Nation crafted an ambitious yet achievable vision for a Zero-Paper Côte d'Ivoire by 2030 - a roadmap that has the potential to position the country as a continental leader in the availability and quality of digital public services.
