More than a consultancy, we are a global network of leading experts who have been at the heart of designing, building, and scaling digital governments around the world. Digital Nation is continuously expanding its international expert network and is inviting experienced digital transformation practitioners to contribute to high-impact government transformation engagements worldwide.

This is an open call for future collaboration opportunities across a variety of advisory modes: strategy making and assessment, implementation support and mentoring, and more. Work would not be full-time and permanent, but we engage our expert pool per client country's need on a project basis.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in the public sector

  • Hands-on experience to show: track record of achieving real-world digital transformation in government institutions

  • Bonus: prior experience in advising or collaborating with other governments, public agencies, or international organizations

  • Strong understanding of modern digital government practices and implementation challenges

  • Ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments

  • Skilled in using modern digital collaboration and AI-assisted productivity tools

  • Experience with international development, donor-funded, or B2G projects will be an advantage

Qualifications

  • Excellent English skills (minimum C1 level) are required

  • Additional languages (or mother tongue) such as French, Spanish or Portuguese are considered an advantage
